Ready to install engines
Stag Land Rover re-manufactured engines come ready to install, aside from minor parts that are vehicle specific.
The block is measured and machined where necessary, painted and honed. It will have new OEM pistons and rings.
The head will be measured and machined flat, pressure tested and fitted with fully tested injectors. All parts are cleaned, measured and serviced.
All aluminium parts are aqua blasted. It will have new, genuine chains and sprockets, Beru glow plugs, a new water pump, a professionally reconditioned turbo, a new Denso alternator, a new crank damper, a new SKF fan bearing, a new belt tensioner, new oil filters, new sensors and a new fuel regulator.
Every seal and every gasket is new and all parts are OEM quality.
There is an option to have a new AMC head and fully reconditioned injectors.
Each engine will have been run on our testbed to ensure correct operation before dispatch and will then come with a one year limited warranty.

Long block engines
The long block engine is built with the same quality parts and attention to detail as the full engine above except that it allows you to fit your own external parts, which greatly reduces the cost.
The base price is without injectors, but a full set can be supplied, either professionally tested or a fully reconditioned set. If supplied without injectors, all other parts will be included inside the head for you to drop in your injectors.
A brand new AMC head can be supplied instead of the tested, refurbished genuine one.
The base cost of a long engine with all stated internal parts is £5,000. Add a new AMC head for £2,000, add fully reconditioned injectors for £1,650
